Residential subdivision projects serve as a significant portion of the company's workload.  Subdivision projects include various single family products with lots ranging from slightly greater than 5,000 square feet to lots over 2 acres in size.  Multi-family developments include anything from duplex-style products to four and six unit buildings to "pin-wheel" type units.  Developments range from as few as 10 lots on small sites to well over 200 lots on larger sites.  Jamestown Engineering Group completed numerous developments in High Point, Greensboro, and Winston-Salem, but projects were also designed and constructed in Burlington, Lexington, Kernersville, Archdale, and in rural areas of Guilford, Forsyth, Davidson, and Randolph Counties.  Land development projects include street, drainage, water, sewer, watershed quality control, sedimentation/erosion control designs as well as local, state, and federal permitting.
